The Board of Directors is the third tier of leadership in Wayne State's CKI. They are responsible for each advising and overseeing their respective committees. They are to oversee all activities and delegate tasks to committee members. Committee Chairs are to meet with their committees on a regular basis and oversee all project/events/task that are related to their committee goals. In addition, they are to receive reports from project/events leaders which they will use to compile reports for their Affairs Director and meet with him/her on regular basis.

Historian

"The Design"

This chair oversees the creation of the club scrapbook throughout the year (by collecting mementos and pictures) and helps document the club history by organizing and maintaining records. They also organize presentations such as videos and slideshows throughout the year and work with Circle K alumni relations.

Membership Development Chair

"The Love"

This chair is responsible for developing leadership, social, and educational events for our members. In terms of education, this committee works to inform our members of Circle K International structure, opportunities, and benefits. In regards to fellowship, this committee plans weekly after-meeting socials for the club to attend, as well as larger monthly social events. Also responsible for retreats and leadership training.

Kiwanis Family Relations Chair

"The Connection"

This chair develops social, service, and networking events with other Circle K and Kiwanis Family clubs in order to build strong relationships with them. They set up inter-clubs, service projects, socials, and larger events with Key Clubs, Circle K clubs, and Kiwanis Clubs in the area, as well as inform other clubs about the activities of Wayne State Circle K and invite them to join us. The Kiwanis Family Relations Committee is also in charge of educating our members about the Kiwanis Family.

Public Relations Chair

"The Excitement"

This chair develops and carries out all activities involving the recruitment of new members, as well as activities designed to raise awareness for our members, student body, other campus organizations, and community of what Circle K is doing. They design and create posters, banners and diag boards, and inform newspapers, radio, and television stations of Circle K events.

Service and Fundraising Chair(s)

"The Dedication"

This chair develops and carries out fundraisers that will help to make significant monetary contributions to local charities. As well as find and creating projects to better the world, through service.

Webmaster

"The Art"

This chair focuses on the design, development, and general maintenance of the club website. With this, the team will work together to continue to learn new skills as well as teach those skills to the membership. They are responsible for technical aspects of club business such as setting up the projector at meetings and maintaining the office computers. The webmaster also works with area organizations on the construction and improvement of their websites.
